SUPPLY, DELIVERY, INSTALLATION & COMMISSIONING OF A BENCHTOP NUCLEAR MAGNETIC RESONANCE (NMR ) SPECTROMETER

Description

Tenders are sought for the supply, delivery and installation of of a benchtop Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectrometer for TUS Midwest. The instrument will be located in a dedicated room on the ground floor of HEAC building. The NMR instrument is required for various areas of biotechnology including microbial identification, distinguishing between compounds and monitoring of chemical reaction. The required Instrument must be on bench-top size and, at the same time capable of a multi nuclear operation system with observable nuclei 1H,19F,13C,31P, 11B, 23Na, 7Li, 27Al, 29Si, 59Co without changing the probe and without cryogenic cooling of the equipment. The sample to be analysed at variable temperatures using a true gas VT in the range of 20 oC to 60 oC without changing the magnet temperature. The system should have high resolution (50% FWHM) < 0.35 Hz and (0.55% of peak height) < 10Hz Detailed requirements are described below.
