SOS Kilkenny Housing Association clg is seeking tenders for an Extension and associated Site Works to one of it's residences in Kilkenny. The project is located at Milton Lodge, Johnswell Road, Kilkenny and the proposed works including, - Internal alterations and elevational alterations to the existing dwelling. - Demolition of existing building to the North of the dwelling - External finish - New boundary walls / landscaping The tendering contractors shall submit the following documentation as part of their tender. Failure to do so may invalidate the tender: - Form of Tender - and a full breakdown schedule -detailed Pricing Document - Builders Confirmation of the Competence in fulfilling new requirements - Sub-Contractor / Specialist Competence (Ancillary Certifiers) Confirmation of the Competence in fulfilling new requirements as required - Preliminary Inspection Plan and Project Program
