Engineering design team for the New Fjell Secondary School (new announcement)

Description

The procurement includes engineering design and zoning work for the construction of a new Fjell Secondary School. Lot 1: The purpose of the procurement is to contract an engineering design team to carry out the following work: - Development plans for Bildøyna - Draft engineering design services for a new Fjell Secondary School and temporary additional area at the current Fjell Secondary School - Option for preliminary design of the new Fjell Secondary School - Option to transport ARK, LARK and/or IARK - Option for assistance from ITB management during the construction and warranty phases It has not yet been decided whether the project will be implemented as a turnkey contract or a PPP. NS 8401 applies as the contractual terms and conditions with the amendments and additions set out in the contracting authority's contract documents. The work will be remunerated according to the number of hours worked.
