Provision of consultancy services to the ESM

Description

The ESM intends to conclude multiple framework agreements for the provision of consultancy services to support the ESM in different business areas and activities (the ‘disciplines’ or ‘lots’) to be delivered primarily at the ESM's offices in Luxembourg in English. The disciplines include, but are not limited to: IT and operations, coordination, project management office, debt issuance, asset management, post-trade operations, treasury, accounting, finance and control, risk, internal policies, corporate governance, procurement, human resources and operations. Candidates are not required to offer services in every discipline. There is no minimum or maximum number of disciplines and/or areas of expertise that a candidate is required to express interest for. Agreements will be awarded for an initial 3-year term with a possibility for 1 extension of 2 years at the ESM's sole discretion. Further information can be found in the procurement documents.
