Description
This competition is for contracts for obligatory deliveries of subscription newspapers to subscribers who do not have other newspaper distributions in accordance with the Postal Services Act dated 4 September 2015 no 91 ('the Post Act') § 7 second section, cf. the regulations on post dated 18 September 2015 no 1063 ('the Post Regulations') § 19. The Ministry of Transport (the ‘Contracting Authority’) shall procure postal services for newspapers subscribers on Saturdays and weekdays. Services must be provided to the geographical area given in the requirement specification's point 3 (‘Geografiske Området’).
