CCBC wanted to implement repairs to the 170 metre long two storey Llandudno Colonnades Structure.Works required to undertake site clearance of overgrown bushes and trees and the carrying out of repairs to the reinforced concrete structure, application of a waterproof coating to the roof level deck, refurbishment of metal balustrading to staircases, electrical installation and metal balustrading to the roof level perimeter.The works were to be carried out at both storeys of the structure.
