Lifecycle Component Replacement - Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) 2026

Description

Aberdeenshire Council is looking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System of contractors for the delivery of their Lifecycle Component Replacement across their estate. Lot 1: Hard FM Lot 1 of the DPS is for Lifecycle Component Replacement Projects, which covers Works that are required to maintain the operational life of a Council building. Recent examples include: - Gas and oil boiler replacements - Roof replacements - Window and door upgrades - Electrical rewires - PV installations - Fire and intruder alarm upgrades - Toilet refurbishments - DDA adaptations. SDP is the pre-qualification questionnaire for this Lot and is to be completed via PCS-T. Please ensure you register your interest for PQQ_6825. Lot 2: Housing Improvement Works Lot 2 of the DPS covers Housing Improvement Projects, focusing on specific workstreams: - Kitchens - Bathrooms - Windows - Doors - Roofing works - Heating systems..
