The Government Digital Service (GDS), part of the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT), is conducting Early Market Engagement (EME) to research the potential supplier landscape and capabilities for the provision of SMS and RCS Business Messaging (RBM) services via GOV.UK Notify. GOV.UK Notify facilitates digital communications (SMS, email, and post) for over 1,700 public sector organisations. This EME is for market research purposes only to assist the Authority in determining its future strategy. Please note that should a procurement exercise be undertaken, only suppliers that complete a full response to this EME will be considered for inclusion in any subsequent tender process.
