Dynamic Purchasing System for the Delivery of Holiday Activity Food Programmes and Early Help Services

Together for Children are seeking to establish a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the Delivery of Holiday Activity Food Programmes and associated Early Help Services which include physical activities, hot meals, recipe boxes, family essential boxes and hot and cold food for events for Children, Young people and their families in Sunderland. Lot 1: Holiday, Activity and Food Programmes (HAF) The provision of services which meet all requirements of the Health, Activity and Food programme to include: Delivery of a hot, healthy meal which meets school food standards 60 Minutes of physical activity Enrichment activities: which could develop new skills or knowledge; consolidate existing skills and knowledge; try out new experiences; have fun and socialise Food education for children, young people and their parents and carers Lot 2: Hot & Cold Meals Provision The provision of a hot food service as required to meet Holiday Active Food requirements and the provision of hot and/or cold food to be supplied for the provision of Together for Children Early Help Individual Service requirements. Lot 3: The provision of a service enabling Holiday Activity Food programme eligible families to order recipe boxes from a Together for Children approved range on offer which meet HAF requirements and to have it delivered to their home.
