2022/3882 Framework Agreement, Filters, and ventilation

Description

Alver municipality manages properties mainly consisting of 19 schools, 9 nurseries, 9 nursing homes / institutional buildings / health centres, 4 municipal buildings / administrative buildings, 6 sports halls, 3 operating stations, 3 cultural centres and 2 treatment and water treatment plants, and 90-100 residential facilities divided between 10-12 buildings. To meet our needs related to filters and ventilation, Alver municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier for service, ongoing maintenance, and repairs of the municipality's ventilation systems, as well as filters thereof. Lot 1: Assignments expected to be included in the framework agreement will include: - Delivery of filters and straps, with an without filter changes - Services within the maintenance and repair of ventilation installations - Renovation or installation of ventilation installations The list of services included in the framework agreement is not exhaustive. Other services that are naturally related to the discipline in the framework agreement may be added if needed during the agreeement period.
