Framework Agreement for the provision of planned and reactive works

Description

This framework covers both reactive and planned maintenance services for drainage, flooring, and electrical systems across Somerset NHS Foundation Trust and Somerset Council sites. Contractors will deliver emergency call-outs, routine repairs, and scheduled works in compliance with the specification. The framework will be split into the following three lots: - Lot 1 - Planned and Reactive Drainage Works - Lot 2 - Planned and Reactive Flooring Works - Lot 3 - Planned and Reactive Electrical Works The maximum total value of this framework is £10,000,000 excluding VAT.
