The scope of procurement included 3 pick-up trucks, a backhoe loader, a wheeled excavator, 4 workshop vans, 1 dumper truck and 1 crane truck divided into two lots. Lot EIB-GtP/UTD/UMIP-OP-2-VOL-052-2L1: Supply of Vehicles The contract will be procured through the open procedure in accordance with the European Investment Bank’s “Guide to Procurement for Projects Financed by the EIB” (EIB’s GtP) available online at https://www.eib.org/en/publications/guide-to-procurement. Firms, including Joint Ventures, consortia or associations and their individual members, from all countries may participate in this tender. In the case of a JV, consortium or association, all the partners shall be jointly and severally liable for the entire contract, if selected. The Supplier shall follow the Environmental and Social Policies and comply with the environmental and social requirements of the European Investment Bank (available at https://www.eib.org/en/publications/environmental-and-social-principles-and-standards.htm) and ensure that its subcontractors comply with the same. The scope of supply includes 3 pick-up trucks, 4 workshop vans, 1 dumper truck and 1 crane truck, including related services (such as transportation to the place of final destination, start-up and training of operators). Tenders shall comprise all the documents, forms and covenants required by the Tender Document, including the price schedules, and shall be submitted by the deadline date set out in the Tender Document and this notice. Tenderers must provide either a Tender-Securing Declaration OR a Tender Security (demand guarantee) based on the forms included in Tender Document. If a tenderer selects to provide a Tender Security the amount and currency shall be EUR 6,000 or equivalent amount in Ukrainian Hryvnia determined using the official exchange rate established by the National Bank of Ukraine (www.bank.gov.ua) on the date twenty-eight (28) days prior to the tender submission deadline. Further details are provided in the procurement document (tender document) available upon written request to the email address of the procuring entity indicated in Section I above and payment of a non-refundable fee of EUR 100,00 (one hundred Euros) or UAH 3 800,00 (three thousand eight hundred Ukrainian Hryvnia) to the bank account provided by the procuring entity in response to the request.
