Voluntary ex-ante transparency notice: Pathfinder 350A for the Department of Clinical Pharmacology - St. Olavs Hospital Trust

The Clinical Pharmacology Department at St. Olavs Hospital Trust intends to enter into a contract with Abbott Norge AS to procure a Pathfinder 350A and instrument-specific consumables. Lot 1: The Clinical Pharmacology Department at St. Olavs Hospital Trust intends to enter into a contract with Abbott Norge AS to procure a Pathfinder 350A and a framework agreement for instrument-specific consumables. The reason for the voluntary ex-ante transparency notice is that AKF used a Pathfinder 350A to cork and archive patient samples, and the instrument that is currently in use needs to be replaced with a new instrument. The estimated value of the procurement is expected to be NOK 960,000 excluding VAT. The procurement is pursuant to § 13-4 (b) of the Public Procurement Regulations and is due to the fact that the instrument is the only one of its kind on the market and can only be supplied by Abbott Norge AS.
