G25210: Heathfield PS (Cruyff Special Court)

Description

The works will comprise: a) Dismantling a section of the existing white, decorative, metal fencing and manufacturing a gate from the dismantled fence to reinstate on completion. b) Create an access into the site and excavate and remove from site all topsoil from the agreed area. c) Regrade the excavated surface. d) Construct the Cruyff Court as specified including paths etc. e) Fencing f) Floodlights g) Removing and relocating existing climbing and play equipment h) Other associated works as detailed in the tender documentation. Contract is awarded on Price and Quality basis however there are also pass/fail questions in Section 1 of the tender documents that must be met/passed. Refer Section 1 for details.
