Transport systems consultancy services

Description

Samferdselsdepartementet (the Ministry of Transport and Communications) wants assistance to ensure good and efficient management of urban growth agreements, and assistance and advice about measures that ensure efficient, certain and climate friendly urban mobility. The consultant must be able to advise the Ministry of Transport and Communications in the establishment of good, professional basis for decisions and so that good and efficient management structures can be established in regard to urban growth agreements and new mobility solutions. The consultant must offer different types of services (both economic/administrative and legal at a general level) and must have good knowledge of the important trends in the transport sector, and how new solution (both technologically and organisationally) can and should be put to use in the Norwegian transport sector.
