This contract will be to deliver PR activities and a programme of flagship events which complements the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub activities. The Council wish to procure a Service Provider or consortium of Service Providers for the delivery of: — PR activity; — a flagship events programme. The activities delivered under this contract will support the promotion of both the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub generally and the Growth Lincolnshire business support and grants offer. Through this contract the Council wish to deliver a clear, targeted and intelligence led communications plan which delivers clear messages to all interested parties. The overall aims of the activities are to: — Raise awareness of the Business Lincolnshire Growth Hub as a whole; — Raise awareness of the Growth Lincolnshire support; — Encourage eligible businesses to participate; — Keep stakeholders informed of activities, opportunities and progress; — Promote success stories.
