Description

Cambridgeshire County Council require a Highways Asset Management solution, providing a fully integrated, end to end, mobile platform for internal use, with contractor and customer engagement.\r • A SAAS solution, or hosted by vendor\r • Provision of Production, Training and UAT environments\r • Provision of consultancy, training and data migration to support the implementation of the chosen solution\r • Provide management oversight of the Highways and Transportation service\r • Be compliant with relevant legislation(s), codes of good practice and Cambridgeshire County Council's requirements\r • Offer sophisticated, fully integrated Asset, Works, Financial Management capability\r • Provide mobile working capability with real-time communications for relevant activities and full integration with operational systems and Hardware\r • Provide a Customer Service interface which allows customers to query the system directly.\r \r The new solution should provide the following modules:\r • Works Management\r • Customer Management\r • Inspections\r • Street Lighting\r • Drainage Management\r • G.I.S.
