This is a tender for the procurement of 4 service strands, as 5 separate lots, Direct Payments Support, Advocacy Services, Carers Services, Preventative Services and an Online Services Directory. Lot 1: Lot 1 Direct Payment Support Service LOT 1: Direct payments support. the value of Lot1 will be £121,445 per annum, or £850115 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised. Lot 2: Lot 2 Advocacy LOT 2 Advocacy Services, the value of Lot 2 will be £535,220 per annum, or £3,746,540 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised. Lot 3: Lot 3 Carers services LOT 3 Carers Services, the value of Lot 3 will be £297,898  per annum, or £2,085,286 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised. Lot 4: Lot 4 Preventative services, including sensory support LOT 4 Preventative Services, the value of Lot 4 will be £550,790  per annum, or £3,855.530 over 7 years if the extension periods are fully utilised.
