Habilitation Services

Description

Blackpool Council is seeking a single provider to deliver habilitation services for identified children and young people with visual impairments, supporting them to develop mobility, orientation, and independent living skills. The provider will supply suitably qualified Habilitation Specialists (Children and Young People) to work with children and young people from pre-school age up to 18 years old. Support will be delivered in line with individual needs, following discussions and agreement with Blackpool Council. The Provider will deliver one day of service per week during term time only. The contract will be for an initial period of 12 months and the option to extend for a further 12 months, with a maximum contract value of £11,358.75 per annum. Keywords: Habilitation
