Supply and Delivery of Light Vehicles 2026/2027

Description

The Council’s Roads, Transportation and Fleet Services have an ongoing requirement for the Supply and Delivery of a wide range of Light Vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes. The call-off Contract is awarded via Direct Award under the GCA Purchase of Standard and Specialist Vehicles Framework Agreement, RM6244, Lot 2 – Purchase of Light and Medium Commercial Vehicles up to 7.5T. Lot 1: South Lanarkshire Council’s Fleet Services have an ongoing requirement for the Supply and Delivery of a wide range of Light Vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes to replace ageing fleet. The Call-Off Contract has been awarded via Direct Award for multiple call-off’s as a direct replacement for existing fleet and for supporting operations. This is a Direct Award for the Supply and Delivery of 122 Light Commercial Vehicles. The current GCA Framework, reference RM6244 covers the period 29 November 2022 to 28 November 2026. Utilising this Framework will provide best value to the Council where costs have been exposed to competition through the collaborative nature of the framework and supplier quotes are compared with the framework to ensure best value is being obtained.
