External building fabric repairs including concrete repairs to the smooth and ribbed concrete façade panels and window ingoes; Employing the services of a LARC to remove the existing low-level windows to blocks C, D and E in accordance with the university asbestos specification; Replacing the removed windows in new units; internal redecoration of bedrooms and further miscellaneous works.
