Description

Lintel Replacement and Rot Works Project including - stripping the dilapidated east turret’s lead flat roof back to its timber deck and replacing in new code 8 lead; - removing and replacing cracked stone lintels in matching profiles, dimensions and stone; - removing and replacing dry rot affected internal timber safe lintels; - allowing for all necessary temporary propping to facilitate all lintel replacement works; - replacing all dry rot affected rafters to the second floor stairwell; - applying a fungicide spray solution to masonry walls on completion of the removal of dry rot affected timbers; - firestopping works; - internal decoration and recarpeting works and further miscellaneous works.
