The Growth Investments Team within Scottish Enterprise has a portfolio of listed shares, which will require to be sold down over the coming years to provide future income for Scottish Enterprise. The current listed share portfolio comprises of four main holdings, listed on the New York, London, NASDAQ and AIM markets respectively and with a current net book value of c. GBP50m. This proposed framework will encompass the current listed share portfolio and any future listed shares that Scottish Enterprise may own as a result of its investment activities into early stage Scottish private companies.
