Lactate Meters and Associated Instrument-Dependent Consumables for Venous/Arterial Measuring pre Hospital

Sykehuset innlandet HF (Innlandet Hospital Trust) will procure lactate meters and associated instrument-dependent consumables for venous/arterial measuring pre hospital. The intention is to enter into a contract with Aidian Norway AS for the purchase of up to 32 lactate meters as well as a framework agreement for the purchase of instrument-dependant consumables for the named meters. Lot 1: Sykehuset innlandet HF (Innlandet Hospital Trust) will procure lactate meters and associated instrument-dependent consumables for venous/arterial measuring pre hospital. The intention is to enter into a contract with Aidian Norway AS for the purchase of lactate meters as well as a framework agreement for instrument-dependant consumables. Instrument-dependent consumables means in this case both analysis and inspection material. It is preferable for the purchase of up to 32 lactate meters to Innlandet Hospital Trust during 2021-2022. Consumption of tests is estimated to be approx. 50-100 tests per instrument per year. The contracting authority needs an instrument that must fulfil the following absolute requirements: — the instrument must be able to analyse lactate; — the instrument must be able to measure lactate in venous/arterial blood; — suppliers must be able to document use/trialling on patients in the Scandinavian market. The contracting authority is aware that there are other instruments on the market that can measure lactate in capillary blood, but it is not known whether there are other actors, (other than Aidian) in the Scandinavian market who fulfil the above requirements about only measuring lactate in venous/arterial blood. A contract has not been entered into, and suppliers who have objections to entering into an agreement are asked to submit objections by Friday 21 May 2021, 12.00.
