Provision of Technical and Business Support for Downstream Space Market Development – Lot 6

Description

The scope of the present procurement procedure is the provision of technical and business support to EUSPA for downstream space market development, in the area covered by lot 6: 'Governmental, Infrastructure and Emergency'. Lot 1: The purpose of this lot is to provide technical and business support to EUSPA across all the space programme components, namely GNSS (Galileo and EGNOS), Copernicus, EU GOVSATCOM and SSA, in matters related to the EU space programme users, downstream technology and applications related to the governmental sector. The contractor shall update the main market and technology drivers in the area of governmental applications, covering civilian missions in the area of security, surveillance, safety and emergency (including humanitarian aid), as well as the operations of critical infrastructures (e.g. the telecommunication, energy and finance market, etc.). The contractor is requested to provide support in the implementation of adoption roadmaps including support in the management of stakeholders’ communities, in the establishment of contacts with current and potential future users of the services provided under the programme and in the collection of information on their needs and requirements as well as market stakeholders and market data with focus on the above-mentioned governmental applications.
