Annual Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Specialist Lifting Equipment

Description

Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint contractors (Providers) to a Framework Agreement for the Annual Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Specialist Lifting Equipment to undertake the maintenance and servicing of their specialist lifting equipment in their properties. The equipment will include straight stairlifts, curved stairlifts, changing tables and hoists in a mixture of occupied properties and communal areas throughout the Tai Tarian area. Lot 1: Tai Tarian is seeking to appoint contractors (Providers) to a Framework Agreement for the Annual Servicing, Maintenance and Repair of Specialist Lifting Equipment to undertake the maintenance and servicing of their specialist lifting equipment in their properties. The equipment will include straight stairlifts, curved stairlifts, changing tables and hoists in a mixture of occupied properties and communal areas throughout the Tai Tarian area. The Framework Agreement shall operate for a period of 4 years. The estimated annual value of the Contract is 50000GBP. The estimated whole-life value of the Contract is 200000GBP.
