Description

The Department of the Taoiseach is seeking tenders from companies to provide live streaming/broadcasting of the Citizens’ Assembly. This request for tender also seeks the provision of additional related services including filming, recording and the production of video inserts. As a guide, it is envisaged that the Citizens’ Assembly will be holding up to 10 weekend (all-day Saturday and until mid-afternoon on Sunday) meetings, averaging one a month, over a period of a year commencing in October 2016. The dates have yet to be finalised but they will not take place on bank holiday weekends or during any other holiday period such as Christmas or Easter. The venue for the Assembly has not yet been confirmed, but it will be in a hotel with the relevant internet requirements, within 20km of Dublin. Set up will be required on the Friday evening of each weekend, and services will be required all day Saturday and until mid-afternoon on Sunday.
