Description

The purpose of the contract is to set up and provide facilities management (FM) services for the various facilities of the Bank in Luxembourg and in accordance with the requirements described in this call for tenders. The intended service contract will be awarded to a single tenderer. The contract will include a fixed part, relating to the basic services, and a variable part for the performance of on-demand tasks, aiming at covering needs identified during the contract execution. Lot 1: The services of the contract are broken down in three (3) sectors and a general coordination management work package, described hereafter: 1. Sector I: maintenance of technical building equipment The flat rate (fixed part) services of Sector I include in particular: — the performance of periodic inspections and various preventive maintenance in relation to Sector I; — the performance of corrective maintenance/repairs (including labour) where the cost of the repair materials / replacement parts are below or equal to value of threshold (EUR 600 ex. VAT at the start of the contract). On-demand services under Sector I can also be executed as per Annex A, Part II, chapters 5.1.5 and 5.1.6. In addition, services for preventive or corrective maintenance which are not covered within the flat rate for Sector I (see Annex A, Part II, Chapter 5.1.3.1 respectively Chapter 5.1.3.2) are executed as per Annex A, Part II, Chapter 5.1.3.4. 2. Sector II: maintenance of building equipment/parts The flat rate (fixed part) services of Sector II include in particular: — the performance of periodic inspections and various preventive maintenance in relation to Sector II; — the performance of corrective maintenance/repairs (including labour) where the cost of the repair materials / replacement parts are below or equal to value of threshold (EUR 600 ex. VAT at the start of the contract). On-demand services under Sector II can also be executed as per Annex A, Part II, chapters 5.1.5 and 5.1.6. In addition, services for preventive or corrective maintenance which are not covered within the flat rate for Sector II (see Annex A, Part II, Chapter 5.1.4.1 respectively Chapter 5.1.4.2) are executed as per Annex A, Part II, Chapter 5.1.4.3. 3. Sector III: Other technical services The Sector III comprises the following fixed services, provided at a flat rate fee (fixed part): — 'Protocol' services, as per Annex A Part II Chapter 5.1.9.1.2; — specific IT services, as per Annex A part II Chapter 5.1.9.1.5; — services for 'WKI frontage sealing', further described as per Annex A Part II Chapter 5.1.9.1.6. Under Sector III, specific on-demand services may also be executed by the Bank under the variable part of the contract, as per Chapter 5.1.5, 5.1.6 and 5.1.9 of Annex A, Part II. 4. General coordination management activities across all sectors as a flat rate (fixed part), as described in Annex A, Part II, Chapters 5.1.11.8, 5.1.1, 5.1.8 and 5.1.11.
