Environmental Training, Advice, and Facilitation Framework Lot 1: Defra have commissioned Natural England to develop a new advice Framework contract to replace the existing Farm and Land Management (FaLMA) Framework which ends June 2023. The requirement is for the provision of Technical Consultancy to advise Defra Network, Agencies and Bodies in a selection of very specific requirements, e.g. Water Quality and Protection, Air Quality, Soil and Slurry sampling, etc. <br/>This new Environmental Training, Advice, and Facilitation Framework (ETAFF) will facilitate the procurement of land management advice, supporting a range of themes through Exchequer and other funds. This is to be developed as a single flexible framework contract (circa 2023 to 2027) and is to be outsourced. The ETAFF is designed to be a NIL value contract and will include a wide range of Suppliers who will be able to provide the range of services required, covering the whole of England at a Lot level basis to meet agreed geographical requirements and objectives. The Framework scope is designed to be broad to facilitate the delivery of advisory products and support (via technical advice, facilitation and training provision) across a wide range of subjects to Land Managers thereby Improving the level of skills to allow all land managers and associated individuals to deploy measures to improve sustainability and efficiency whilst ensuring compliance with UK regulations designed to protect water & soil, improve air quality, protect animal and plant health etc. Lot 1: Defra have commissioned Natural England to develop a new advice Framework contract to replace the existing Farm and Land Management (FaLMA) Framework which ends June 2023.
