AFBI carries out high technology research and development, statutory, analytical, and diagnostic testing functions for DARD and other Government departments, public bodies and commercial companies. AFBI are currently seeking to purchase mobile in field concentrate feed intake and behaviour monitoring equipment to be located at AFBI Hillsborough. The feed station must be suitable for a range of livestock weights from 75-800 kg and allow the assessment of individual concentrate intakes.
