L’appalto ha per oggetto l’affidamento, tramite procedura aperta, ai sensi degli art. 60 e 114 del D.Lgs. n. 50/2016, della fornitura, installazione, avvio e messa in servizio di un sistema di supervisione, completo del software del tipo SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) e delle relative apparecchiature RTU/PLC ad esso strettamente collegate.
