These works include the following: Drainage and Sewerage Service in 250+ properties. Clearing chokes and subsequent repair including emergencies. Planned maintenance and repair programme. CCTV Surveys and reports Septic tank maintenance. Gutter and downpipe cleaning/repair programme. Minor Works. Fire Hydrant Inspection & Maintenance The terms and conditions used are the SBCC Measured Term Contract for use in Scotland (MTC/Scot 2019), and the contract will be let on these terms.
