ECMWF, as the European Commission’s entrusted Entity for operating Copernicus Climate Change Service (C3S) and Copernicus Atmosphere Monitoring Service (CAMS), invites tenders for services related to the Provision of user outreach, community engagement and domain expertise services in support of the Copernicus Energy and Health Hubs. ECMWF intends to award a single Framework Agreement for a period of maximum 18 month, which shall be implemented via a single Service Contract expected to commence in January 2027.
