A National Framework for use by all Public Sector Bodies for Construction Consultancy - •LOT 1 Architectural, Landscape & Building Design •LOT 2 Building Services Engineering •LOT 3 Building Surveying Services •LOT 4 Civil & Structural Engineering •LOT 5 Principal Designer, Employers Agent & Clerk of Works •LOT 6 Valuation, Estates & Property Marketing •LOT 7Topographical / Land Surveying & Measured Land •LOT 8 Energy Consultation •LOT 9 Highways, Traffic & Transport •LOT 10 Ecology & Arboriculture •LOT 11Archaeological Service All Lots are multi-disciplinary Lot 1: Architectural, Landscape and Building Design Services Architectural, Landscape and Building Design Services (including Planning, Development and Environmental) The design of new buildings, additional elements / conversions to existing buildings, landscape design, restoration and hardscaping, including but not limited to drawings, design details, specifications, bills of quantity and design calculations. Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. Additional information: To respond to this opportunity please click here: https://www.delta-esourcing.com/respond/R2K83ZC495 Lot 2: Building Services Engineering Building Services Engineering (including Mechanical, Fire Safety and Electrical Services Design) The design of all the elements in a building including but not limited to lighting, heating, air circulation, ventilation, plumbing, acoustics, lifts, escalators, power supply, energy management systems, and security and safety systems. Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. Lot 3: Building Surveying Services Building Surveying Services (including Quantity Surveying, Asbestos Consultancy & Party Wall Surveying) The full inspection of all accessible parts of the building producing a detailed report, covering defects and / or maintenance issues, as well as asbestos consultancy and party wall surveying. Calculating the amount of materials needed for building work with costings at all stages. Providing expert advice on Construction costs including life cycle costing, cost planning, procurement and tendering, contract administration and commercial management To consult on the potential presence of asbestos, the identification of the type and how to safeguard against the dangers. The provision of advice if it is applicable and the resolving of disputes due to a Party Wall. Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. Lot 4: Civil & Structural Engineering Civil & Structural Engineering The planning, design, construction, maintenance, and operating of infrastructures, as well as improving existing infrastructures that have been neglected Evaluating the strength and stability of buildings structural components and structural systems taking account mainly safety, technical, economic, and environmental concerns, but also considering aesthetic and social factors Lot 5: Principal Designer, Employers Agent & Clerk of Works Services Principal Designer, Employers Agent & Clerk of Works Services (including CDM, and Legal services – property, contracts, planning litigation) Principal Designer to oversee / manage the pre-construction phase of any project involving more than one contractor Employers Agent to act as the contract administrator for design-bid-build contracts - part project manager, part contract administrator and part cost manager Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. CDM to provide advice, assistance & guidance on construction health and safety, to ensure compliance with statutory duties Clerk of Works to inspect the workmanship, quality and safety of work on construction sites and report back. Conducting regular site inspections and checking that building plans are being followed correctly Lot 6: Valuation, Estates and Property Marketing Services Valuation, Estates and Property Marketing Services (including Graphic Design and CGI services) Providing the fair market value of properties, land and potential builds, including services to sell or rent buildings or land Providing a marketing strategy to promote a particular property, land or asset for sale or rent. The provision of Graphic Design and CGI services for the above purposes Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. Lot 7: Topographical / Land Surveying and Measured Land services Topographical / Land Surveying and Measured Land services Determining the positions of points, measuring altitudes, and the distances and angles between them on the land surface so that they can be accurately plotted on a map. Also the setting out on the ground of the positions of proposed construction or engineering works and a system of square measure for finding the area of a piece of land Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. Lot 8: Energy Consultation services Energy Consultation services (including EPC’s, DEC’s, BREEAM, Design advice) Advice on how to use energy supplies more efficiently and cut unnecessary costs by implementing updated energy systems and researching current energy trends Carry out EPCs and provide advice on the way to increase the score Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc. Providing advice for new builds and existing properties on BREEAM and how to achieve the level required Lot 9: Highways, Traffic & Transport Highways, Traffic & Transport The production of drawings for, and then guidance on, the highway approvals process The traffic and transport implications of residential and commercial development, including highway planning compliance and consultancy Each Lot is Multi-Disciplinary, but also includes tender preparation, tendering, project management services, the provision of a wide range of advice on all matters concerned with planning, development and environmental issues which surround a building project, etc.
