LBN - Integrated Rough Sleeping Support Services Newham Council has developed its Homelessness and Rough Sleeping Strategy and is looking to implement the core part of its strategic vision through experienced service providers. Newham council has developed an Intelligence Led model for Rough Sleeping. This will include person-centred plans for rough sleepers, to enable a sense of belonging and purpose in the wider community. The service will develop an integrated outreach approach to Rough Sleeping Pathway’s for service users. It is intended that the service will work with partners in health and across the system to ensure a joined up approach to care across the borough, with a focus on improving the longer term outcomes for Rough Sleepers, particularly those who are ‘complex and entrenched’.
