SRO upgrade and maintenance at Studstrup Power Plant

Ørsted Bioenergy & Thermal Power A/S intends to award SIEMENS A/S a Project Agreement without prior publication of a contract. The contract covers upgrading and maintenance of existing SIEMENS’s control system named SPPA-T2000 installed at Studstrup Power Plant related to the final decision from the Danish Energy Agency to bring SSV4 back into operations. Lot 1: The contract covers the following services: - SPPA-T2000 Software upgrade and new licenses (from SPPA-T2000 to SPPA-T3000) - Security: Update of Window environment and patch management - New hardware for servers and clients - Control system update of firmware maintenance - Data back-up and restore Duration: From Feb. 2023 - Oct. 2023 The services can be provided only by a particular economic operator for the following reasons: • Protection of exclusive rights, including intellectual property rights by licensing system
