Description

The objective of this framework agreement is to implement a contractual vehicle for the NHS and wider public sector to facilitate the procurement of construction works. The framework is broken down into the following lots/value bands: • Lot 1: Public sector and healthcare: GBP 0 million-GBP 2.5 million (12 regions) — maximum of 10 awarded contractors per region; • Lot 2: Public sector and healthcare: GBP 2.5 million-GBP 5 million (12 regions) — maximum of 10 awarded contractors per region; • Lot 3: Public sector: GBP 5 million-GBP 15 million (12 regions) – maximum of 10 awarded contractors per region; • Lot 4: Public sector: GBP 15 million-GBP 35 million (national) – maximum of 8 awarded contractors Lot 1, 2 and 3 cover the following regions: • Region 01. South West, • Region 02. South East, • Region 03. London, • Region 04. Eastern England, • Region 05. West Midlands, • Region 06. East Midlands, • Region 07. North West, • Region 08. Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire, • Region 09. North East, • Region 10. Wales, • Region 11. Scotland, • Region 12. NI.
