TURNKEY CONTRACTOR FOR HOLE SECONDARY SCHOOL WITH A NEW SPORTS HALL

Description

Hole Municipality hereby invites tenderers to a contest for a turnkey contractor for Hole Secondary School with a new sports hall. The new buildings will have just under 4000 m², with the new sports hall and changing rooms making up approx. 1700 m². Lot 1: Hole Secondary School will be expanded in order to increase capacity, and the existing gym hall is to be demolished and replaced with a new sports hall. The existing school building with classrooms, teacher workplaces, and special rooms will remain. Work will not be carried out in the existing buildings with the exception of individual rooms. A new energy system for heating the all of the buildings must also be established during the alteration. Hole Municipality is not able to move pupils and employees in the construction period. This means that the project must be carried out whilst the school is in operation. The contracting authority draws attention to the fact that the execution is subject to the project being within the set limit, the authorities' approval, and political decisions in the municipal council. The tenderer cannot claim compensation if the tender contest is cancelled due to lack of funding or approval. The tenderer will bear their own costs for submitting a tender.
