Description

Hoisting and crew transfer service by helicopter for DanTysk Sandbank Offshore Wind farm. Lot 1: This tender procedure contains one lot. The goal of this tender is to enter into a contract with one party providing (Lot 1 of the tender).: Suitable access and availability of the helicopter to allow: A. Crew Transfer service by helicopter between Esbjerg Heliport and Accommodation Platform at DanTysk, Sandbank Offshore Wind Farms, during weather condition that make regular transfer by CTV not feasible. Helicopter should be able transfer at least 6 technicians in one trip. B. Transfer and hoisting of technicians to turbines of DanTysk, Sandbank Offshore Wind Farms for troubleshooting, during weather condition that make regular transfer by CTV not feasible. The helicopter will pick the technicians from the OSS DanTysk. Helicopter should be able to hoist of at least 2 technicians in one trip. C. Transfer and hoisting of technicians to turbines of Horns Rev 1 Offshore Wind farm for troubleshooting, during weather condition that make regular transfer by CTV not feasible with the same requirements as stated in points A and B. Those service are expected to generate around 500 of non-binding rotor hours per year for DanTysk, Sandbank Offshore Wind Farms scopes and around 50-100 non-binding rotor hours a year for Horns Rev 1 Offshore Wind scope. It will be up to tenderers (candidates that will qualify to tender phase) to provide most cost beneficial setup and options. Number of persons in the windfarm, will from April to September be approx. 40-45 pax and 15-18 pax from October to March. Crew change will be done on the same day of the week throughout the year. Expectation is that Helicopter will be available 365 days a year. Expected commencement date of the contract is 1 June 2021 with 2 years fix duration and option to extend 2 times by 1 year. Candidates must be able to perform full scope of Lot 1 to be allowed to provide offers.
