Framework agreement for purchase of tradesman services, Masonry works

The contracting authority hereby invites tenderers to participate in a contest to establish a framework agreement for the purchase of tradesman services in masonry and concrete works. A comprehensive description of the contract is given in the annexes to the tender documentation. Lot 1: The contracts must cover the contracting authority's need for tradesman services in masonry and concrete works. The framework agreement will cover the at any given time current needs of the contracting authority in addition to what is covered through own resources for the requested discipline. The agreement must include ordinary new buildings, service, maintenance and rehabilitation assignments. Antiquarian maintenance works are not included in the framework agreement. External tiling is included in the contract, but internal tiling is performed in another framework agreement. The contracting authority wants to award a contract to a supplier who can cover the contracting authority's entire need.
