Troms og Finnmark fylkeskommune [Troms og Finnmark County] (the contracting authority) invites interested suppliers to apply for admission in a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for planning and engineering design services for the Transport Division. Click here https://permalink.mercell.com/142896012.aspx The purpose of the scheme is to assist the contracting authority both professionally and with processes related to transport projects when the contracting authority does not have the necessary competence or capacity to carry out the work. The need will mainly be within consultancy and engineering design services for transport projects, for example, sketch phases, preliminary projects, development plans with technical detailed plans, construction plans with tender documentation and follow-up in the construction phase. In addition there will be a need for engineering design services for new road installations and constructions, as well as maintenance measures and necessary reviews, calculations, and analyses in the mentioned project phases. Tenderers must be able to supply personnel who can assist the contracting authority in the following areas: — new measures and improvement of roads, streets and junctions, as well as facilitation for public transport, pedestrians and cyclists, transition zones for different traffic groups and design of urban spaces and side areas, — further design of the associated structures and infrastructure, including Water and sewage installations with draining/purification of surface water and works with terrain and green sites, — for the existing structures on the county road network there is a need for detailed engineering design and calculations. This concerns among other things, engineering design of maintenance measures, improvements, user-classification and reinforcement as well as delivery of technical drawings or drafts. Also concerns assignments with replacement of the existing structures, — preparation of the municipal plan, — preparation of W drawings and implementation of land acquisition. This also includes knowledge of traffic safety, process management related to participation, communication and cost calculations.
