Aberdeen City Council (ACC) is undertaking market research ahead of a planned tender process for consultancy services to deliver a tiered Final Evaluation suitable for Deal Closure. This RFI is issued to understand market capability, refine the scope, and inform the forthcoming procurement strategy. We are looking for feedback on two Options: Option 1 – With the economic benefits modelling Option 2 – Without the economic benefits modelling This is not a call for competition and responses will not be scored. Suppliers will not be excluded from any future tender based on their response.
