RFI Travel Management System

Description

Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust is looking to carry out a preliminary market engagement exercise to establish what solutions are currently available in the market in advance of making a decision as to how to procure a Travel Management System. In advance of any Procurement or mini competition/ direct call-off process under a previously procured Framework Agreement, the Trust intends to invite suppliers to participate in the following scoping exercise. Please note, this exercise is not part of any pre-qualification or selection process. It is intended as an awareness, communication and information-gathering exercise offering an opportunity for potential suppliers to provide information/present solutions to the Trust. Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust provides no commitment to award a contract or commence any tender process as a result of this market engagement exercise. At this stage Gateshead Health NHS Foundation Trust are developing their strategy for procuring the requirements.
