NEPO507 - Travel Management Services

Description

The Association of North East Councils Limited trading as the North East Procurement Organisation (NEPO) seeks to establish a Framework for the provision of Travel Management Services, covering the booking of all rail and air travel, MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Exhibitions) arrangements, hotel accommodation - including emergency accommodation requirements - and any other ancillary services related to business travel, as delivered by Travel Management Companies (TMCs). The Future Framework will replace the existing NEPO507 Travel Management Services Framework which expires 31.07.26. This preliminary market engagement notice provides advance notice to the marketplace of the tendering opportunity and NEPO's intention to undertake market consultation activities with suppliers to help shape the future Framework. The Solution will be available for use by NEPO Member Authorities and Associate Members. A list of member organisations is available in the Associate Members section of the NEPO website at: www.nepo.org. This agreement will also be made available to all current and future NEPO Associate Members. Current Associate Members are listed in the Associate Member section of the NEPO website at: https://www.nepo.org/associate-members. NEPO intends to make the resulting agreement available for use by all Contracting Authorities throughout all administrative regions of the UK including but not limited to Government Departments and their Agencies, Non-Departmental Public Bodies, Central Government, NHS Bodies, Local Authorities, Emergency Services, Coastguard Emergency Services, Educational Establishments, Registered Social Landlords and Registered Charities.
