The Department of Health, Ageing and Municipal Services has given the Nursing Home Agency, henceforth referred to as the contracting authority, authority to enter into a service agreement for Bekkelagshjemmet The contracting authority therefore invites tenderers to a call for tenders with negotiations in two stages. The contract will be carried out as a business transfer with the provisions as stated in the Working Environment Act chapter 16. The contract is reserved for non-profit organisations in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations dated 12 April 2016 no. 974 (PPR) section § 30-2a, as well as the Public Procurement Regulations (PPR) § 2-4 letter h. 48 day and night places in a long term home shall be provided, including all the necessary accompanying functions. Moreover, 12 ordinary places in a day centre and 7 sheltered places must also be provided.
