Supply of Materials and Associated Delivery Services

Description

The Procurement Assist Consortium invites interest from suppliers wishing to participate in a 48 month national Framework Agreement for the Supply of Materials and Associated Delivery Services. The Framework Agreement shall operate as a supplies agreement, across the United Kingdom, including Wales, Scotland, England and Northern Ireland. The Framework Agreement will be split into 7 Lots: Lot A - Managed Services, Lot B - General Building Materials, Lot C - Electrical Materials, Lot D - Plumbing and Heating Materials, Lot E - Civil and Heavy Materials, Lot F - Tool and Plant Hire, Lot G - Painting and Decorating Materials. This Contract Award Notice is notification of the outcome of this procurement process. Lot A: Managed Services To provide a fully managed service to supply materials to Members of The Procurement Assist Consortium, which may include (but not limited to) sourcing a premises / operating out of a Member premises, operationally fitting out, recruitment of dedicated staff, EPOS systems, van stock management and 3rd party materials supplier(s) management. Lot B: General Building Materials Provision of general building materials through a branch / merchant network. Lot C: Electrical Materials Provision of electrical materials via a branch / network supply chain. Lot D: Plumbing and Heating Materials Supply of plumbing and heating materials through a branch / merchant network. Lot E: Civil and Heavy Materials Supply of civil and heavy materials through a branch / merchant network. Lot F: Tool and Plant Hire Supply of and hire of heavy and light plant and machinery, including collection services and delivery to site services. Lot G: Painting and Decorating Materials Supply of painting and decorating materials for either collection from a branch / network, or delivery to site or to a domestic dwelling(s).
