Description
Shetland Islands Council propose to carry out annual servicing of ventilation and heat pump units to Council houses. The service comprises air source, ground source, exhaust air source heat pumps and whole house ventilation units and includes checks, filter, cleaning, safety inspections and adjustments. Lot 1: The type of contract to be awarded is a Services contract. The procedure is a regulated procurement governed by the Procurement Reform (Scotland) Act 2014 and Procurement (Scotland) Regulations 2016. The procedure being followed is a Restricted Procedure.
