Description

The works comprise ceiling reinstatement and refurbishment of communal areas at York Way, including replacement or repair of ceiling systems and associated internal finishes, together with upgrades to communal spaces to improve condition, compliance and usability. Works will be undertaken within an operational residential building. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
