The works comprise the appointment of a principal contractor to deliver works to Guildhall Yard East, including refurbishment, upgrade and associated construction activities. The scope is expected to include a range of building and infrastructure works and will be confirmed following further design development. This notice is issued for transparency and market awareness only and does not constitute a call for competition or procurement exercise. The Authority reserves the right not to proceed with any procurement referenced in this notice. Any future procurement will be subject to separate publication and compliance with the Procurement Act 2023.
