CGT Catapult intends to procure a system which achieves the following: Provide a modern, scalable, user-friendly, centralised marketing platform. A system that effectively replaces the current functionality of Dynamics and Click with no downtime or loss of quality data. Reduce the time spent on manual activities by using automation and AI technology. Enhance the user and administration experience in relation to CGT Catapult’s ERP (IFS) Provide intuitive, robust and customisable reporting functionality. Integration with its existing ERP (IFS). Compliance with regulatory requirements. This is for a 2-year contract with the potential to extend for a further two separate years (2+1+1 years).
